Appearance: See photo above. Photo is post exile. After excommunication, she is seen with a black eye patch on her left eye.

Scars: One on her left eye after the confrontation with her best friend. She keeps it covered with a black, square eye patch.

Kekkai Genkai: Amplify
Description: The user is able to amplify or completely remove any and all sound around them within a certain radius. It can be amplified so high that it can burst an opponents ear drums and cause massive hemorrhaging due to internal wounds. Those who possess this ability, however, must maintain constant control over their chakra due to the fact that the older they become, the more unorganized their chakra becomes. It does not flow properly throughout the body, and is constantly expelled. Because of this, many users die at a young age, unable to control the sounds around them and thus causing a sort of suicide.

Personality:
Suzu is a very calm and collected person. During her time as a child, she always did her best to get along with everyone. She always noticed how other children seemed to treat her differently, but it did not cause her to be bitter. When she grew older, and after the events on September 5th, she became more disclosed and solitary. For the most part, she is very easy going.

Backstory:

Suzu's mother, Ochota, was very much in love with her husband. However, after a small fall-out the two had separated. During that time, Ochota had met a man from Otogakure by the name of Kotoro. Suzu was the result of their short-lived fling. Ochota, however, never told Genshi the truth, and wanted him to believe that Suzu was his blood child. As she grew older, however, he began to notice how she had no characteristics of him, as well as little to no skill in the arts of puppet making, as the Shirogane clan was most famous for. Eventually, he confronted Ochota about his suspicions and, upon discovering the truth, went into a rage. He disclaimed Suzu as his daughter, and during a mission he and Ochota had together, voluntarily got her killed. Gaara, as Kazekage at the time, was the first person Genshi informed about Suzu's true background. Gaara had the man imprisoned afterwards for the death of his wife.

Garra gathered extensive research on Suzu's father's heritage, and discovered that she had been passed down a very deadly Kekkai Genkai. There was only one scroll ever written that spoke of it, and it was in Ochota's possession before she died. Garra soon claimed ownership of it and with it, learned that evidently Suzu would end up killing herself. Years passed, but the girl did not die, and he noticed she had developed a control over her chakra. This did not please him mainly due to the fact that she did not belong to this village, and that in the future she could pose as too much of a threat. In conclusion, he tried to break her down.

Suzu's best friend, Eiko, had an upcoming birthday. Gaara arranged a meeting for the two by using a clone of Eiko to tell Suzu to meet her atop a certain roof late that afternoon. When Suzu got there, she noticed something strange about Eiko. The girl had suddenly become infuriated with Suzu, talking blasphemy of her skills and namesake. She told Suzu she didn't belong, and that she was ordered to kill her. In truth, Eiko was being controlled by Gaara, and so lunged forward to attack. Suzu, confused and saddened, did not want to fight her. This resulted in an injury to her left eye by Eiko's sword, which caused Suzu to become blind in it after some time. Trying to defend herself, Suzu, attempts to hold Eiko back without killing her. However, the girl's relentless body kept coming, and Suzu slowly lost control of her senses. In a wave of explosive-like chakra, an enormous pulse of sound energy came from Suzu's body. Upon hitting Eiko, it instantly caused her to bleed forth from the ears, then mouth and nose and finally the eyes.

In the report, it was said that Suzu had become angry and killed Eiko in a rage. Because of this, Gaara made the order to have her killed. However, Suzu caught wind of what had really happened and abandoned Sunagakure before she was attacked. Now she simply evades them, and works every day to perfect her chakra flow.

Suzu uses two tiny bells, which are attached to the hilt of her short sword, to maintain a steady, controlled flow of chakra.
